The most popular question clients have is, what should I wear?  The simplest answer to that is to wear what you are most comfortable in and what you feel sexy in. Why do you want to do a boudoir session? Are you having a boudoir session for someone else to enjoy with you?  If so, what do you think they would like to see?   Most women will wear some sort of two-piece bra and panty set, a couple of different styles of these, and perhaps a bodysuit, thigh highs, garter belt, teddy, or perhaps a corset.  Or, nothing at all.  It is entirely up to you.

You may think a lingerie set is sexy, but you may not think it would look sexy on you or you may not be comfortable wearing it yourself.  Planning your wardrobe may not seem like a huge task, but it can be.  Below are some tips for you to consider...

• Bra & Panty Sets - find a set that makes you feel amazing! Make sure to get fitted to find your perfect bra size.

• Babydolls/Chemise/Corset - find lingerie that hugs you in all of the right areas. Babydolls can sometimes add extra bulk where there isn’t any, so be aware of that.

• Sweaters - Big comfy sweaters that flow off the shoulder to give a hint of skin.

• Garter belts & stockings - can add a little extra something to the images. When buying thigh highs to go with your garter belt, get the ones that don’t have elastic.

• Something of his/hers/partner - a favorite shirt or perhaps an item that is meaningful to them.

• Robe - these can be a great complement to the  
  bra & panty sets!  Feel free to bring your robe!

• White sheets - sometimes simple is best.

• Jewelry - long necklaces, dangling earrings, rings, diamonds, pearls, etc. 

• Heels - the higher, the better. When it comes to photos you’re going to want to get the highest heel you can! Another tip: nude heels are great for adding length to your legs & black heels always look fabulous! Try to stay away from shoes with ankle straps.

• Dress - that sexy little black dress you have hiding in your closet. Boudoir doesn’t have to be just about the lingerie, it can be about how gorgeous you feel in that little dress of yours that you keep for special occasions.
